Holding a degree in Psychology and QTS (Qualified Teacher), my coaching style is based on a whole person approach and is embedded with Psychology, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Techniques, Neuro Linguistic Programming, EFT & TFT, Nutrition and Lifestyle Awareness.
